Hello lovelies! I don’t know about you, but I love snacking. However, a lot of the time I find myself staring at the refrigerator, hoping to find something quick and simple to eat. Well today I have a fool proof guide to quick gluten free snacks for you all.
These bars are so amazing! They are not only gluten free, but also non GMO. I love that when I look at the ingredient list I actually know what they all are. Kind Bars are absolutely perfect for on the go and can easily be stuffed in your back pack or purse for later in the day. If you haven’t tried these bars out yet, I highly recommend you do…you won’t regret it!
Nuts have always been a go to snack of mine, even before I became gluten free. They are such a good source of protein and there are so many different types to choose from. I usually have almonds in my pantry, however recently I’ve been loving mixed nuts. If you don’t like nuts by them selves, you could easily add raisins and chocolate chips to create a DIY trail mix!
Gluten Free Crackers & Cheese
Who can go wrong with crackers and cheese? I personally like the Breton Gluten Free Crackers topped with goat cheese, however there are so many other cracker and cheese combinations that are just as good. The best part about this snack is that it is fairly inexpensive and can easily be be served if you have people over.
Veggies & Hummus
I love to dip vegetables in hummus. It’s so healthy and easy!! I personally enjoy the combination of carrots or celery with plain hummus. However, there are so many different types of hummus to fit your individual needs, from plain to spicy hummus. Just like crackers and cheese, this snack can easily be served if you have guests over.
I’m channeling my inner elementary school kid on this one. I remember when I was younger I used to have a mozzarella stick in my brown bag lunch almost every day. It’s amazing how many different types of cheese sticks there are now a days. There are not only mozzarella sticks, but also different types of cheddar cheese sticks as well. Right now I’m trying out the sharp cheddar cheese ones.
I hope you find this gluten free snack guide helpful! I’d love to know if you have any quick go to snacks, please comment or share them with me on any of my social media!
